For twenty years, I have sat across from MSP owners and asked them what is keeping them up at night. The answer is almost never the technology. It is almost never the service delivery. It is almost never the team. It is always leads.

Every owner I have ever talked to, from every market, every size, every maturity level, says the same thing: they cannot generate enough qualified conversations to feed an outside sales motion. What I do have is a remote team of operations support that handles the research, prospect list building, CRM configuration tasks, and administrative work that would otherwise eat into the time I spend coaching. That team is how I can deliver the full buildout to two MSPs at once without compromising the daily coaching cadence.
