The site so far has talked about the work like I deliver everything myself. That's true for the parts that matter most. Daily coaching is delivered by me personally. There is no junior coach, no delegate, no handoff. The call review you read on the Coaching page comes from me, every time.
What I do have is a remote team of operations support that handles the research, prospect list building, CRM configuration tasks, and administrative work that would otherwise eat into the time I spend coaching. That team is how I can deliver the full buildout to two MSPs at once without compromising the daily coaching cadence.
THE STRUCTURE

I deliver the work.
That distinction matters. When you sign a YSE engagement, you are not hiring a team that delegates the important work to junior people. You are hiring me, supported by infrastructure that lets me focus on the parts of the engagement that actually require an operator with twenty years of experience. The strategy is mine. The coaching is mine. The Producer vetting decisions are mine. The relationship with you is mine.
That structure is also why the engagement is capped at two MSPs at a time. Even with operational support, the coaching itself cannot be delegated without compromising what you are paying for.
